The 2003 SprintO was held at Twywell Hills and Dales (near Kettering) on Saturday 15th November, with some great courses taking advantage of the small area, which has been used for coal-mining in the past. Being East Anglia, perhaps it may have been a surprise for a number of competitors to find quite so many contours in one place? The women's race was won in style by ex-CUOCer Rachael Elder, whilst the men's was taken by ShUOC's Matt Crane, who also stormed the Elite AlcO (only a short way in front of 'the Monkey' though!). Luckily enough, any serious conseqeunces of brewing injuries were avoided by the presence of CUOC's very own CompSci/medic David.Full results are available.
